Abstract
⺠A calculus for reasoning under uncertainty and vagueness is proposed. ⺠Uncertainty is treated by means of Possibilistic Logic. ⺠Vague properties are treated as parametrised sets of crisp properties. ⺠Smoothness of the uncertainty degree with regard to the degrees of presence is ensured. ⺠Applications are possible in the field of medical expert systems.
