An adaptive dynamic Implicitly Restarted Arnoldi method for the small signal stability eigen analysis of large power systems

This paper deals with small signal stability analysis for large scale power systems using Krylov subspace techniques, we develop an algorithm based on the Implicitly Restarted method coupled with a dynamic switching approach in such manner to adapt the well known algorithm to our study issue which is converging to the few sought eigenvalues with poor damping.
