Abstract
⺠A multi-objective model for reactive power compensation is presented. ⺠Decision variables refer to the size and location of capacitors to be installed. ⺠Solutions are computed using an NSGA II enhanced with local search. ⺠An illustrative example of an actual radial distribution network is presented.
