Abstract
⺠An innovative optimization method is proposed. ⺠It is advantageous to reflect multiple uncertainties existing in energy systems. ⺠The method is applied to planning regional-scale energy systems. ⺠Coal would be the dominate source during the entire planning region. ⺠The results can help to support emission control initiatives.
