Abstract
► An algorithm is presented to obtain the parameters of reward and penalty schemes (RPSs) for electric company. ► The companies' efficiency scores are calculated using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). ► The proposed algorithm is based on reliability indices and customers' value of interruptions.
