Abstract
⺠We proposed a novel adaptive protection scheme for distribution system with DG. ⺠We developed an automated fault location method using two-stage RBF neural network. ⺠New protection coordination strategy using the backtracking algorithm is proposed. ⺠The developed scheme is useful to decrease the total down time during faults.
