Abstract
⺠Parallel simulations of cardiac electrophysiology are performed. ⺠An adaptive meshing method is used to increase speed for a given accuracy. ⺠Data migration and load balancing are overlapped while adapting. ⺠Parallel scaling is demonstrated on up to 512 processes. ⺠Using the parallel adaptive method reduces time to solution significantly.
