Abstract
► Parallel simulations of cardiac electrophysiology are performed. ► An adaptive meshing method is used to increase speed for a given accuracy. ► Data migration and load balancing are overlapped while adapting. ► Parallel scaling is demonstrated on up to 512 processes. ► Using the parallel adaptive method reduces time to solution significantly.
