Abstract
This paper investigates the Bogoyavlenskii-Kadomtsev- Petviashvili equation by using the binary Bell polynomials method and differential constraint technique. Several kinds of more general bilinear representations and Bäklund transformations are presented. At the same time, multiple wave solutions including the kink periodic solitary wave and bright-dark lump wave solutions are constructed. The resonant interactions between two kink solitary waves are investigated and exhibited mathematically and graphically. Lump wave solutions, a kind of rational function localized in all directions of the space, are obtained by the Taylor expansion of the kink periodic solitary wave. Also, we discuss the dynamical behavior of the lump wave solutions and their structures.
