Abstract
⺠We analyse robust stability of multiclass queueing networks. ⺠We present a measure quantifying the robustness which is indicated by a single number. ⺠We provide a characterization of expected values shifts that destabilize the network. ⺠A mathematical program can be used to find a robust production capacity allocation. ⺠The approach provides a new view on long-term robust production capacity planning.
