Abstract
⺠We introduce a Partial Information Value Iteration (PIVI) algorithm for MDPs. ⺠The algorithm employs increasingly accurate approximate models. ⺠We apply an optimal model update schedule in terms of overall computational effort. ⺠Examples illustrate the properties of the proposed algorithm.
