Abstract
⺠An efficient and accurate approximation for interval availability of multi-item two-echelon system. ⺠Closed-form expression for variance of cumulative sojourn time in subset of states of Markov chain in finite interval. ⺠Using simulation, the survival function of interval availability is not very sensitive to order-and-ship time distribution.
