Abstract
⺠We introduce Weighted Influence Non-linear Gage System - WINGS. ⺠WINGS is a structural model for the systems of interrelated components. ⺠WINGS considers both strength (importance) and influence of the system components. ⺠WINGS can be also applied as the MCDA method with dependencies. ⺠For independent criteria WINGS reduces to the additive aggregation method.
