Abstract
⺠We are the first who model the deliveries in a supply chain as a multivariate process with correlated variables. ⺠We address the idea of using multivariate control charts to monitor and therefore improve the deliveries in supply chains. ⺠We show that reducing operational costs and improving customer satisfaction can be done by applying economic solutions.
