Abstract
⺠We propose a model to assist decision making in complex supply chain environment. ⺠This model is for determining the chance of meeting on-time delivery. ⺠It combines fuzzy logic and unitary structure-based supply chain model. ⺠Fuzzy inputs are demand forecast, materials shortage and manufacturing lead time. ⺠The proposed model provides real-time monitoring of on-time delivery performance.
