Abstract
⺠We propose to avoid large differences in the DEA weights and zeros. ⺠The cross-efficiency scores are defined as a weighted average of cross-efficiencies. ⺠Cross-efficiencies provided by unreasonable weights are claimed to play a less relevant role. ⺠The aggregation weights reflect the disequilibrium in the profiles of DEA weights.
