Abstract
⺠We measure the effect of environmental factors in nonparametric production models. ⺠We propose a novel two-stage approach which avoids the drawbacks of traditional ones. ⺠We develop conditional FDH/DEA measures. ⺠We provide a measure of managerial efficiency of firms. ⺠We can rank firms facing heterogeneous environmental conditions.
