Abstract
⺠We focus in how to supply humanitarian aid to the affected people throughout a disaster area. ⺠A tool supporting managers in designing and operating an aid distribution network is provided. ⺠A generalization of the covering tour problem encompassing split delivery is formulated. ⺠A local search heuristic is presented to tackle large sized instances efficiently.
