Abstract
⺠We introduce a new value based on sequentially two-leveled egalitarianism. ⺠It is characterized by efficiency, linearity, symmetry, and the scale-dummy player property. ⺠Relations between the new value and other linear values are provided. ⺠The potential representation is provided. ⺠It is applied to land corn production economies.
