Abstract
⺠Interdependence can significantly impact the risk assessment of ERP project. ⺠CPN application can allow a more systematic evaluation of risks. ⺠CPN is applied to a real project to support managers in risk management activities. ⺠Quantitative indexes are proposed for inclusion in the evaluation algorithm.
