Abstract
⺠We applied a new belief rule-based inference methodology-RIMER to develop a CDSS. ⺠We validated the CDSS using a set of simulated patients with cardiac chest pain. ⺠The CDSS can provide better diagnostic performance than manual diagnosis. ⺠Diagnostic performance of the CDSS can be significantly improved after BRB training.
