Abstract
⺠We surveyed 44 European Cadastral Agencies to assess benefits of e-Government. ⺠The difference between online and paper-based Cadastral services was assessed. ⺠Seventy-one percentage of the surveyed agencies provide more than half of all their services on-line. ⺠Efficiency for users of on-line services increases in terms of both time and costs. ⺠Users could save up to â¬7 billion, with a complete shift to on-line services.
