Abstract
⺠We model the uncertainty of road polygons extracted from airborne laser scanning data by using random sets. ⺠The errors in laser points are simulated by Markov Chain Monte Carlo simulation. ⺠Correlations between the vertices of road objects are considered in the uncertainty modelling. ⺠Performance of the developed method is validated by reference data.
