Abstract
⺠Residential choice analysis of knowledge-workers at the intra-metropolitan level. ⺠Self-organizing maps analyze the link between residential choice and lifestyle. ⺠Five clusters of knowledge-workers are identified on the basis of their lifestyle. ⺠The clusters are: nest-builders, bon-vivants, careerists, entrepreneurs, laid-back. ⺠The clusters differ in terms of location, tenure, dwelling unit type and size.
