Abstract
⺠We investigated the use of tagging and tag clouds in a web-based message forum. ⺠The purpose was to explore credibility in forum postings using tags and tag clouds. ⺠Findings showed that participants were not using tags to find credible information. ⺠Efforts to explain tags and tag clouds are required for use in web-based healthcare.
