Abstract
⺠We evaluate user satisfaction with a computerized physician order entry (CPOE). ⺠We examine the relation between user satisfaction and usability problems of CPOE. ⺠CPOE users are satisfied with the system although they requested some improvements. ⺠High satisfaction is not necessarily related to a high efficiency and effectiveness.
