Abstract
⺠3 generic models of information exchange are derived from telehealth systems. ⺠The models differ by the number of capabilities they present. ⺠Five forms of information exchange exist between users of telehealth systems. ⺠Patient-push and health professional-pull are dominant forms of information exchange.
