Abstract
- Differential evolution is applied to model an optical response of pigment molecules.
- Among available strategies of Differential Evolution, the most suitable one was found.
- Only a narrow range of strategy tuning parameters provides the fast convergence.
- A set of Brownian oscillator modes were found to fit the Qy band of the pigments.
