Abstract
- A numerical method for biological flow which combines ease-of-use with efficiency.
- Efficiency is improved by a factor of 10 or more, while giving improved accuracy.
- No true mesh generation (i.e. connectivity table) is required.
- The rotational diffusion timescale of a novel macromolecule is calculated.
- Matlab codes are provided which implement the method via vectorised operations.
