⺠Empirical spatio-temporal analysis of London's shared bicycle system. ⺠Station usage patterns form concentric circles around the city centre. ⺠The system was affected globally and locally by a change to the user-access policy. ⺠Certain stations exhibit complete changes across the policy shift. ⺠Transport operators, cyclists, and urban planners can make use of data mining.
