Social Network Analysis showing advice-seeking patterns on safe patient handling and use of safe patient handling equipment. Size of the circles reflect frequency of safe patient handling equipment. The heads of the arrows signal the direction of advice seeking patterns. Reciprocal consultations among two peers are bolded. Equipment use was higher among participants with more (r = 0.36, p < 0.05) or reciprocal (r = 0.37, p < 0.05) sources of safe patient handling advise.220
