Abstract
This debate reveals several points of convergence and asks some questions. Must telemedicine be free of all legal frameworks to better meet the expectations of a society characterized by the immediacy and the consumerism for mobile health devices and apps? Might telemedicine practices refer only to medical ethics in order to guarantee a humanistic medical practice for patients? In other words, can the new practice of digital medicine always rely on a MSP, which might then be based less on clinical research and evidence-based medicine than on an uberization of digital health?
