Abstract
Computer skills required. Computer's own limitations. Complexity of data collection and practitioners' motivation. Positive results after one year with an agreement to continue the experiment, given the results obtained that allow for better patient care with faster healthcare access, a decrease in medical transportation and a surge in the general practitioners' expertise. A dedicated platform and development in other specialities is considered.
