An improved local Laplacian filter based on the relative total variation

- An improved local Laplacian filter based on the relative total variation is proposed in this paper.
- The local threshold is set to be proportional to the relative total variation of the current pixel.
- Experimental results show that, compared to the original local Laplacian filter and several other edge-preserving image filters, the proposed method can get better results.
