Abstract
Analysis of the sensors response indicates that dominant spectral frequencies are precisely defined by all sensors, but there were noticed significant waveform distortions due to dynamic noise of different types, mostly clipping below the saturation level of the sensor response. Dynamic noise tends to increase with the frequency level and to underestimate peak amplitude, while some sensors tend to be more prone to signal distortion than others. Such noise characteristics constrain some strategies to mitigate sensors errors.
