Abstract
Squeaking can be reduced clinically by minimizing friction rising factors (such edge loading and situations promoting metal transfer or stripe wear) or by developing endoprosthesis design to avoid the unstable vibrations, regressing the squeaking emission to a negligible phenomenon.
