Abstract
⺠We design piezoelectric modal sensors for Euler-Bernoulli beams. ⺠We impose the differential transformation method (DTM) for modal sensor.⺠The DTM can be used for general boundary conditions and non-uniform beams. ⺠Numerical examples demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed modal sensors.
