Abstract
⺠We considered temperature dependent piezoelectric strain and permittivity coefficients. ⺠Active vibration control scheme is derived for a 'smart piezostructure'. ⺠Kalman state observer becomes robust to temperature variations. ⺠Vibration settling time does not vary with change in ambient temperature. ⺠AVC scheme becomes robust to temperature variations.
