Abstract
⺠There are few methods for the comparison of perimeters representing the same fire. ⺠A method of estimating fire travel path vectors is proposed. ⺠Spread vectors can be related to landscape and weather variation. ⺠An understanding of fire spread aids model creation, verification and calibration.
