Abstract
⺠A Danish national water resources model has been constructed. ⺠The model is updated based on local knowledge from regional water authorities. ⺠Model development is largely been driven by the needs by the water authorities. ⺠Model credibility is linked to the adoption of local data in the national model. ⺠Supporting software developed to allow active involvement in model maintenance.
