Abstract
- The present study deals with the development of stabilized self-emulsifying drug delivery system in the form of hydrogel.
- Sodium alginate and HPMC were used for the development of hydrogel.
- The amount of sodium alginate and HPMC required for the development of hydrogel was optimized by using RSM design.
- Stabilized self-emulsifying drug delivery system could be able to overcome the disadvantages related to SEDDS.
