Abstract
- Kinetic dependencies of the dynamic surface properties are close to the corresponding dependencies for pure protein solutions if pH is below the isoelectric point of BSA.
- At pH above the protein isoelectric point the changes of surface properties are accelerated at the increase of polyelectrolyte concentration.
- The kinetic dependencies of the dynamic surface elasticity have local maxima at pH higher than the protein isoelectric point.
- At pH higher than the protein isoelectric point the additions of PDMDAAC have a weak denaturing effect.
