Abstract
- TiO2-graphene oxide (GO) composites were prepared by heterocoagulation.
- The photocatalytic and sedimentation properties were studied upon UV irradiation.
- Catalytic activity decreases with GO loading while GO is chemically reduced.
- Full separation of the catalyst by settling proceeds in highly reduced time scale.
- Facilitated catalyst recovery and recycling enables large-scale water purification.
