Abstract
⺠We formulated lipid nanoparticles of Spironolactone. ⺠Nanoparticles were dried by Spray Drying, Freeze Drying and Fluid Bed Drying. ⺠Method of drying influenced stability and dissolution behavior of nanoparticles. ⺠Fluid Bed Drying could be an alternative for drying lipid nanoparticles.
