Abstract
⺠Gold nanoparticles in a combination with polypyrrole offer some advantages for the design of electrochemical biosensors. ⺠Enzymatically synthesised layer of polypyrrole increases linear glucose detection interval of biosensors. ⺠The linear glucose detection interval depends on the duration of polypyrrole polymerisation. ⺠The sensitivity of analytical systems modified with polypyrrole depends on the size of gold nanoparticles.
