Abstract
On RuO2âx/TiO2(1Â 1Â 0), the presence of TiO2 support and the RuO2âx film thickness have an evident impact on the O2 adsorbed species. The reducibility change of the unsaturated surface Ru atoms, which are adjacent to the bridge oxygen vacancies, is responsible for this O2 adsorption alteration.97
