Abstract
A simple inorganic precipitation-peptization method was proposed to prepare VO2 sol in air under room temperature using VOSO4 as a vanadium source, NH3⋅H2O as a precipitating agent, and H2O2 as an initiating agent. VO2 nanoparticles were prepared by annealing the VO2 xerogel.125
