Abstract
- Supported polyethylene glycol stabilized Pt nanoparticles were prepared.
- Selectivity of m-iodoaniline reached 99.3% for hydrogenation of m-iodonitrobenzene.
- The dehalogenation and the accumulation of intermediates were simultaneously inhibited.
- The addition of CO2 remarkably affected the reaction rate and the product selectivity.
- The SPPN catalyst was stable and can be reused several times.
