Abstract
- We synthesized novel anionic polymeric surfactants based on benzoxazine monomers.
- We characterized the surfactants using NMR, FTIR and size exclusion chromatography.
- We studied the thermal behavior of the benzoxazine monomers using DSC and TGA.
- The cmc of the polymeric surfactants is low compared to classical surfactants.
- The effects of alkyl chain length and electrolyte concentration are reported.
