Abstract
- Oil-in-water emulsions were created via low-power homogenization.
- Nanodrops were separated via creaming.
- Dilute nanoemulsions with the average drop size of 300-500Â nm were produced.
- Application of high viscosity oil reduced the average drop size to 100Â nm.
- The phase ratio of nanoemulsions increased with viscosity of parent emulsions.
