Abstract
⺠The highest contact angle of the PPS/PTFE surface with 1 wt% PDMS could reach 172°. ⺠The coatings have the nano/micro-structure and the lowest surface energy groups. ⺠The coatings are not only superhydrophobic but also oleophobic. ⺠The coatings still keep superhydrophobic under high temperature circumstance. ⺠The time of the best wear-resistance of the PPS/PTFE coating can reach 15 h.
